The World Peace Diet by Will Tuttle, PhD (2005)
The World Peace Diet, translated and published worldwide in many languages, connects many dots—culturally, historically, nutritionally, ecologically, psychologically, and spiritually—to reveal how our routine exploitation of animals for food and other products boomerangs in countless ways, affecting both our outer world and the inner landscape of our daily experience. A more conscious way of living is beckoning, and the World Peace Diet approach blends mindfulness with kindness and respect for each other and all expressions of life, creating a practical foundation for harmony and freedom for ourselves and our world.

Your Inner Islands by Will Tuttle PhD (2017)
Your Inner Islands offers a narrative adventure to help readers develop intuition, and the full flowering of joy and creativity. Based on an ancient spiritual metaphor of crossing the ocean of conditioned awareness to reach a higher state of intuitive wisdom, this book takes the reader on an imaginary journey to the Other Shore. It provides the foundation for a multi-media course on developing intuition. Crossing the ocean, there are six islands on the way, each providing keys to developing intuitive wisdom. These mythical Islands of Light are: 1) Understanding, 2) Energy, 3) Meditation, 4) Imagination, 5) Relationship, and 6) Compassion.\

Food for Freedom by Will Tuttle PhD (2024)
Food for Freedom: Reclaiming Our Health and Rescuing Our World is an exploration into the underlying cultural food narratives in our society, and how they have eroded our freedom, health, spirituality, and awareness. It aims to provide alternatives that promote these qualities, and to offer a wide range of practical steps we can each take to reinvigorate and liberate our lives and our culture. The basic idea is that we have all been wounded from infancy onward, compelled to participate in our culture’s defining social ritual—our meals. With insufficient awareness of the consequences of our routine mistreatment of animals for food, we are causing an ongoing cascade of events and conditions that are harmful to us on every level.

Peace to All Beings by Judy Carman (2003)
This visionary book of hope for a world at peace is also an excellent reference for animal activists who wish to explore the interconnectedness of animal rights, ecology, world peace and social justice. Peace to All Beings shows how animal rights and liberation are an essential part of any movement that is working to make the world a better place. It is a valuable aid for anyone seeking to live in harmony with the values of compassion, nonviolence and reverence for all life.

Homo Ahimsa by Judy Carman (2020)
Homo Sapiens has ravaged the earth. Warnings of species extinction and ecosystem collapse are escalating. But while we tremble to see the damage our species has done, we are, at the same time, heading for a massive paradigm shift in human consciousness that can bring us and all earthlings out of these dark times and into a new way of living that works. We are becoming aware of our true heart which sees all life as sacred and interconnected. We are becoming Homo Ahimsa*–the kind, nonviolent, compassionate and nurturing creatures that we were always meant to be. (*Ahimsa is the Sanskrit word that literally means non-harm. More broadly, it means reverence for all life, non-killing, and caring for all life rather than destroying it.)

Destination Eden by Mango Wodzak (2013)
Pushes the clutter aside, and gets down to the nitty gritty of what fruitarianism’s really about; bringing our attitudes and behaviours back into sync with a potential life spent in the garden of Eden.

The Eden Fruitarian Guidebook by Mango Wodzak (2015)
Delves into more detail of every aspect raised within Destination Eden. One of the first chapters within this book contains a list of 75 arguments frequently used in opposition to veganism, together with rational responses countering those arguments. I’m hoping that this will be a great resource for all vegans finding themselves up against criticism or in a debate with those who through their habits and lifestyles support animal exploitation.

2020 Vision by Mango Wodzak (2019)
This book focuses on many ways in which standard veganism falls short and can be improved by tweaking our day to day habits.

Topsy-Turvy World by Mango Wodzak (2020)
Quadrilogy. This one is a call to Vegan Anarchy, and also introduces the system of healing known as Nature Cure. This book also has a chapter dedicated to the current issues the world is facing with covid.
